Magic Jack sounds to good to be true, rings a bell, waves red flags West Palm Beach, Florida Internet
should have known. $19 a year!!! To good to be true, and it is. Bought the jack last May. It worked great for 4 weeks. STOPPED working June 4th . I went on there chat for 2 months to get it to work. Tryed everything. Nothing. Will not work. I have a lot of patience.
They talked me into a replasement Aug 18th. I sent it back the day I got the new one in the mail. I was going to get $39.99 credit HA! They sent it back to me 3 1/2 weeks later, refused been opened stamped on it. Then I knew I was had it was passed the return time of 10 days. They wouldn't help fix the situation eather. It's been anouther 2 months 5 hours at a time to get it to work ,nothing . They tryed to have me call the Gateway Co. That it was there falt. They really have me where they wont me.My money anyway. If there is a class action aginst them count me in. They must have millions by now. Laughing all the way to the bank. $19 a year, that sounds to good to be true.
