Complaint Review: magic jack technicians

magic jack technicians charged me 189.00 for software to clean my computer effective for 1 year. today i was called that i have another virus and wanted me to buy another package that supposedly costs 200 to 300.00 I called magic jack and this service is free. they do not know who charged me or calling. On feb. the 1st i called magic jack because my magic jack plus was not working. This situation was corrected  then the technician started talking to me about turning on my laptop. It did not make sense but i turned it on. i asked the reason why and he said that because i was a customer of magic jack this was a free service. after awhile he told me i had a severe virus in my computer and that he could fix it. he then told me that i needed to instill some software to get rid of the virus and it would cost me $189.00 amd it would be effective for 1 year. I agreed and this amount was taken out of my bank account. Today i was called and told that another severe virus had been detected and now i would need to buy more software to get rid of this virus and that it would cost me between 200.00 to 300.00. I refused and hung up they called me again attempting to make me buy this software. I called magic jack to complain and was told this service was free and they did not know who had charged my account. I was given a wbsite to talk or e-mail my complaint (customerservicemgratmagicjack.com) to no avail. I called the magic jack customer service number waited on line for about 15 min. then phone hung up. i was also told that i would be receiving and e-mail concerning my complaint nothing.
