Magic Jack They received my returned item, still no refund Palm Beach Internet
I tried the Magic Jack during the free trial, and had terrible call quality with my DSL connection. Lots of dropped calls like a cell phone.
So I returned it with the RMA form, they confirmed they received the item and would refund me. A month later, still no refund. I emailed their customer service, and they adamantly say they refunded me and that my credit card company is lying (right...)
Called my credit card co. and they say there's no record of any refund and they'll just file a claim for the refund. Hopefully Magic Jack gets stuck with the bill and not the bank!
Beware of these creeps, the service ain't all that. I suppose if you have a T4 connection it will work nice, but for the rest of us it's kinda spotty. Not worth the trouble dealing with them.
