Complaint Review: Magic Jack

I was one of the stupid ones that purchased the Magic Jack from a TV ad. Well I did not do my research first on the company. While I was in the "chat" session that took 6 hours to get nothing answered. I was researching the company and any issues they might have. Well I found a bunch a complaints. They all are just like mine. After "chatting" with them for 6 hours I was assured that somebody was going to call me the next morning at 9am. Guess what I didn't receive a phone call. I once again got back on the "chat" with Magic Jack about my bank being charged and asking why I didn't get a phone call. For an hour I didn't get anywhere. I then started posting all the letters that where posted here on Ripoff report to Debbie the lady I was '"chatting" with. I then was tired of the whole matter and explained to her I am in the process of sending all this information to my state government, federal government, BBB, and reporting to Dateline to investigate this company. While I was still on the "chat" with Debbie I received a phone call from Magic Jack. I let him have it! I have not received my Magic Jacks yet. Ben the person rep told me I will have my refund with in the next 48hours. I won't hold my breath. But I have some info you might need. There mailing address is P.O. Box 6846 west Palm Beach, FL. 33405. The phone number he called from is (770)666-5135. I would give the email address but it states I am not allowed to post it here. I am sorry for everything you have had to go through with this company. If my email shows up please feel free to email me I will give the email address for this company. We all need to band together and report them to Dateline and expose the fraud Magic Jack commits.
