MAGIC JACK=  IMO...THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
DEVICE IS VERY CHEAP PLASTIC.
NO BUSINESS PHONE.
NO VOICE CONTACT.

They have no business phone- all calls go overseas if you're lucky to talk with someone.
After 30 minutes waiting in queue the line disconnected.
I resorted to their 'live' online chat 'help'(Ha!) and got no help at all.

The device is very cheap plastic and breaks VERY EASILY. I requested a replacement. I figured since I paid them for 5 years  service in advance their first month in business. Today the device broke- 1 year later. Their response- pay up more money-$9.95 and we'll ship you a new one.
I informed them anywhere in the 48 states shipping less then a pound is less then $5 priority mail. "You have to pay we wont ship for free."
Any decent customer service driven company would have just sent it off.
I know as I have done business with others that have replaced an item for free.
Heck one company forgot to ship my friend something that I ordered for her and they sent it to me AND her for free. NO CHARGE!!!

Often the service didnt work.Oh..... it needs an upgrade! They won't email you to tell you this. You have to guess.

I WOULD NEVER HAVE GOTTEN IT IF I KNEW WHAT I KNOW NOW.
