Magic Mesh Company never refunded money after a return. Wallingford, Connecticut
I ordered two Magic Mesh door coverings. I discovered the product would not fit my needs, so I called to cancel and asked for a refund if I returned the products unopened and I even paid for the return products via Federal Express which cost me $16.00 plus the prices of the door coverings which were $35.85 and $52.80. The company never refunded my money to my credit card. The company got back both products and now I am out of luck for $88.60. I returned the product within 30 days and the company advertised a 30 day money back guarantee which is not true. No one deserves to be ripped off and not get their money back when the products were returned unopened.
