I wanted to return this item because it would not stop my cats from getting out.  The customer service number 800-208-8015 for return information and authorization number has a permanent message on it "There is no one available to take your call. Please leave a message." Naturally after 4 days, no one calls back. This is one of those 'As seen on TV' items which all cost $19.99 plus extras your offered when checking out. I have never taken the item out of the box. It's the old saying..."Consumer beware"!

I sent the product back via UPS on September 2. I called them on September 16 at 1-866-649-0146 (good number) and they said they had no record of receiving the package. BUT I had a reciept from UPS showing it was delivered on September 12, delivered to the loading dock and signed for by Larson. After 20 minutes of verifying this information 'customer service' came back and told me they could only refund $29.97 because of the S&H charges. I told him the two packages were never opened, just returned.

After threatening to send the Wallingford, Ct police to their company he agreed to refund the $39.97 by September 23 because it takes up to 5 days to return the money to my account. So they received the returned merchandise on September 12 but never attempted to refund the money. This is a scam outfit if there ever was one. Now I will see if the money is indeed put back in my account by September 23. For your own piece of mind, DO NOT do business with Magic Mesh. They are PROGRAMMED to screw the consumer!
