When you order Magic Mesh magnetic door cover, you do not realize you are ordering 2 even though in very small print you later discover this to be true. The discovery is when you see the amount of the order to be more than advertised in HUGE print. $19.95 + shipping and handling. There is no way to cancel order and no phone number to call for assistance. When you do finally get a phone number, they say it is already on the truck and you cannot possibly cancel.
They further give you a bogus tracking number calling it a FedEx number but it isn't then calling is a Stream Lite Fed Ex number.... neither entity can identify the number. I am still trying to get the shipment cancelled and will probably succeed with the help of a precious FedEx agent and my wonderful credit card compay but who needs the time and aggravation! Beware and I doubt the product is as advertised anyway. But even if the product was wonderful, I would not purchase from a company with this kind of scam ethics.
