I had purchased a dress from Magic Moments Formal Wear through ebay in June of this year for a state pageant where I live in Texas.  They had really nice dresses for reasonable prices, and I feel I got a good deal.  There was no size chart in the listing, but I know what size I wear and got it.

When I received the item, I couldn't even pull it over my hips.  It was radically smaller  than what I needed.  Although on their site it said no returns, I contacted them and explained the situation, and they said they would gladly exchange the dress for a size that would fit me.

So I sent the dress back, and enclosed a note with the size I needed in return.  I still have not received the dress.  I never heard anything else at all.  They have all my contact information, and not only that, they are no longer a member of the online auction site.  I didn't have a dress for the pageant and had to run out and purchase one at the last minute and was not able to get it altered.

Although I have paid online using several online resources with buyer protection, since the transaction is already past the time alotted to file a claim, I'm out.  In short, I paid for an item I have not yet received.  I have tried to contact them with no response.  I know they work with alot of people all over the place looking for pageant gowns, and I'm sure they are aware of what an inconvience this was.  I counted on them for a big part of my pageant, and they let me down.  Since they initially were so much help, agreeing to do something they do not normally do, I was even going to give them free advertising in the pageant program.   HA!
