Magic Photo Booth Hollywood Photo Booth Paid for their services for Wedding but never received photos Los Angeles Area California
So my wedding was June 16th 2018 and my mother and sister booked a vendor for our wedding photobooth which at the time went by Hollywood PhotoBooth Rentals. The attendant arrived late for the event and forgot our photoback drop.
45 minutes later a male dressed in casual attire and a hat dropped it off. We paid for their "red carpet" package which included a red carpet, gif animated photos etc. The attendant never offered the gif services to any of my guests. I never received the photos from my wedding day. I contacted them several times.
Once speaking with the owner Justin I believe his name was he said they were having a hard time getting it from the attendant and they would get back to me. They never got back to me and have ignored my emails and calls. Now today I get an email from the same company we used but now goes by Magic Photobooth Rentals.
You can see them at magicpb.com. They emailed me since I'm one of their previous clients and were offering half off for return customers. So yeah that's a hard NO! DO NOT USE THEM AND AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
They seem to rebrand their name to resemble an actual reputable photobooth company that has solid yelp reviews but trust me they are not the same. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE MY MOM DID AND HIRE THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! THEY RUINED MY WEDDING DAY!!!!!!
