I ordered Magic Track for my grand-son just before Christmas.

When I tried to cancel, the man (Patrick) who answered the phone sounded like he was an "at home worker", and stated that I needed to call Customer Service, since there was none where he was.

This was on a Friday, which meant that I had to wait until the following Monday to speak to someone to CANCEL my order.

What should have cost me $1999 ended up costing me $104.95 !!

When I tried to cancel I saw my order on "back order."

I immediately called my credit card company (which is also closed on week-ends) to inform them NOT to allow this pending transaction that was on "back order" to go through.

Today, I find out that these people from Magic Tracks has gone into my account and took my money, without notice!

My credit card company stated that they couldn't do anything with "pending status", then realizd it had posted!

Now I have completed a dispute with my credit card company and will update you when that is completed.  They informed me that it would take 3-5 business days to complete!

I am so frustated because this was a total rip-off!  There was never a back order!  Magic Tracks just did not want me to cancel.  They put the item on back order, knowing you cannot cancel, and try to drag it out for the 60 Days they offer for a refund.

 

We shall see how this turns out. I will be back to update.
