My granddaughter saw these on tv and she wanted them, this was after Christmas, so i went online to order, my order was accepted and said i should be able to check status in 24 hours. Well 72 hours later i was able to and it just said ordered, that was it. Not back ordered, not processing, not shipped, nothing. So i attempted to contact their 1-800 #. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes hung up. So i emailed them. Nothing. Called again sat on hold for 1 hour and then the phone hung up on my.

Emailed again and again, nothing. Now the prerecorded message on teh 1-800 did say due to popular demand these are on back order. Didn't provide how long, nothing. This is why i have attmepted to contact them. Well now all i want to do is cancel my order. My bank account has not been charged as of yet, but i want cancellation confirmation so they don't.  Piss poor company. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Will never shop with this company again!!!!!
