 These people don't answer phones don't answer emails you can't cancel on their site you can't contact anyone what good does it do to even try I place my order in early December and never heard another word from them they have the worst customer service they never answer phone I sat for 2 hours waiting and finally hung up this has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with I will never buy another thing from them again on top of it for what they charge for shipping it may as well not be but one get one free because you are paying for the free one with the shipping charge thanks to these idiots my four grandsons are still waiting for Christmas what a horrible thing to do to people they should be run out of business and everyone should she them!
