This is a good example of RIP OFF when you get a phone call promising you everything!

When you have questions, they just add on to the promises. Now when I am ready to enjoy the vacation package I purchased, I find out that there is no such company listed, no phone number, and no address.

There ought to be a law against selling over the phone things that will not be delivered. They are DIs Honest to the core and ought to be punished !

Pat,

Instead of chastising you for being a naive consumer like Joe did, I will post some information that might help. No one deserves to be lied to and ripped off. Go to this link:

http://www.dopplerfx.com/dfx_cfm/repel/faxes_main.cfm?dest=custinfo&cust_id=MMV

Looks like some good company information on Magical Memories. Seems they also like to use junk broadcast faxes to gain customers.

Try contacting the Florida Attorney Generals office. Charlie Crist (the AG) hates ripoff companies.

Also, if you used a Credit Card to pay for it, initiate a chargeback with your card issuer. If not too much time has passed, you may be able to get your maoney back. If you gave them your bank account information, contact your bank and file a fraud complaint.

Use Google, it's a great search engine. Search for this comapny, you may dig up further information.

Finally, register your phone number with the National Do Not Call database (www.donotcall.gov). This will stop those annoying telemarketer calls.

Good luck.

Sir, there is a general rule in life, "if it sounds too good to be true... then it is too good to be true". Before you hand over your credit card details (which im assuming you did because you state you were ready to go on your vacation) you should have something on paper that proves these people are who they say they are. A quote or something!!. Lets hope this is a lesson well learned on your part. Try not to be so naive next time!
