maurice: I don't wish to pay ten dollars for a annual fee because I ported my number in to MJ, so how do I get another number and not be charge for it?

maurice: why is that when one should already be assigned to my device?

maurice: ok so what will happen when I choose not to subscribe to you charging annually to keep the number?

Tara: If you will not renew your number then your service will cutoff since there is no active phone number to use with your Magicjack Maurice.

maurice: but this is after the fact of me making a long term purchase without you notifing me that should the case be where I choose to no longer maintain part of your hostage service (holding my number for a fee) I would hten end up losing the full use of the deivce to which I already paid for because you choose not to allow me the initial "free number select upon signing up".......so how do I go about getting a refund for the fact that I cant use the device anymore?

Tara: I do understand you completely however The $9.95 annual fee was listed on the order form when you submitted your port request.

Tara: which is the same page you have when making then number porting request , it should be clearly stated and you should be aware of that since then.

Tara: If you do not want to pay the annual fee, you can change the number to a free number.

maurice: well to begin with if you had read the "page" you so mentioned "I should have had" you would yourself see that there's NO THING IN BLCAK AN WHITES THAT STATES THE FACT IF ONE SO CHOOSE NOT TO PAY ANNUALLY FOR A PORTED NUMBER THEN THEY IN FACT LOOSE THE FULL USED OF THE DIVICES THEY ALREADY PURCHASED..........SO BEFORE I GO ANY FURTHER I AM HERBY AT THIS POINT MAKING A REFUND FOR MY DEVICE BECAUSE OF YOUR

Imarie: Since your device will expire on 2015-09-13, you simply need to renew the number so you can keep it active until 06/02/2014.

maurice: please explain because if I get you correctly...........I don't recall being advise of any annual porting fee of course which no other company charges....so by all means please explain this

maurice: is this a link to where I actuall agreeded to and sign up to such a specific agreement?

maurice: you are saying that when i agreed to port my number that i also agreed to a annual fee charge (JUST FOR THE NUMBER) however i don't recall such agreement nor do i have any copies of such agreement however your are responsible to provide me that copy to verify the transaction and so far you are failing to do so by directing me to a fake agreement...........and now the only option you want to chove in my face is to "change the number"........let me speak to a manager please!
