WereNotGonnaTakeIt: I went back in and placed the order again, so I could verify what the page read.

WereNotGonnaTakeIt: The page read:" Additonal Jacks for 29.95 each, FREE shipping and Handling, FREE rush deliver, FREE UPS tracking, but it charged extra shipping anyway. This is twice now, and I've spent a lot of time that I didn't need to spend.

WereNotGonnaTakeIt: You're advertising is lying. You say free shipping, then you charge me for it. I've wasted too much time to save $8.95.

Rob: As I have checked it here you have purchase 3 magicjack plus device and one 5 year plan for a total of $223.69

WereNotGonnaTakeIt: I'm very frustrated. This isn't worth the $8.95.

WereNotGonnaTakeIt: I am going to cancel this order to, because it charged 17.90 instead of 8.95 shipping.

Rob: Only 1 magicjack plus will have a free shipping

WereNotGonnaTakeIt: The page said EACH additional jack. I have it right here, I am looking at it. I printed a copy.

Rob: I understand that but only 1 additional magicjack plus device will have a free shipping.

WereNotGonnaTakeIt: If you say free shipping, then charge me. The web page does not show or even imply that only 1 is free. I need to re-evaluate if I even want to continue the service I've paid for.

WereNotGonnaTakeIt: I regret that I've talked others into purchasing MagicJack, and I find out you operate this way.

WereNotGonnaTakeIt: You will have no further positive recommendations from me, in fact I will go out of my way to make sure that nobody else I know gets a magicjack. This is just wrong and unethical, I don't care how much $$ a person can save.

Rob: I understand that

WereNotGonnaTakeIt: Whatever order was just place, I need you to cancel it, and provide the order#. I exited the webpage before I got any information.

Rob: Please give me the following for Verification purposes:

WereNotGonnaTakeIt: This cost MagicJack a whole lot more than $8.95 already. I would recommend in the future that you make any special offers more clear, especially for customers that you currently have.

Rob: please hold as I cancel it.

WereNotGonnaTakeIt: It's one thing to cheat the public, but to make your ads unclear for your current customer base in not smart business practice. I hope you will forward a transcript of this message to your supervisor and/or the advertising department. Mistakes like this can be costly for the company.

WereNotGonnaTakeIt: I would also like to be removed from any and all mailing lists you may have. I only want to receive emails regarding my bill, my current service, or voicemail messages. I do not want any promotional material from MagicJack in the future.
