Complaint Review: MagicJack

MagicJack Is a RIPOFF!

MagicJack web site assistance is currently inoperative and has been so for the past few weeks.

I have owned MagicJack for several years and they have always been difficult to communicate with as the only means is through an online chat. They do not provide a telephone number to discuss any problems.

The online chat is down. There are no means to communicate with them.

I purchased MagicJack Plus about a year ago and was immediately hit with problems.

The main problem is connectivity and signin for the devise.

I have much more than the basic computer requirements to handle the device.

MagicJack has system problems that fails to deal with the traffic they have so they cannot provide the service they are offering.

When the chat was available I tried to get my devise to work properly but was always given some weak excuse and kept in the chat for so long I became totally disgusted with them and quit.

My only choice was to repeatedly restart the device, maybe 10-15 times, and it may connect or not.

If you decide to purchase this piece of crap expect the same treatment I have received.

The device is inoperable and there is no one available to help you.

In other words a RIPOFF.
