This is one of the worst products I have ever been conned into buying! 
It was easy to set up, but went down hill from there.  You must have your computer on all the time to run product.    No local number, so friends who had Verizon phone had to pay long distance charges to call me from across the street.

Then after I had the product for several months it broke at Thanksgiving.  I could receive calls, but not make them.  I logged on for tech support.  I spent about 20 to 30 hours online trying to fix the problem.  Very frustrating to say the least! 
Everytime I called, I was shuffled to about 2 or 3 different techs who had me jump through all kinds of hoops to try and fix the problem.  Theyonly made it worse.  Eventually, I couldn't call out or receive calls. 
Then they had me online forever to finally get me to the point that I could receive calls, but not make any.  This is where I started about 30 hours ago. 

There is no phone number to call to talk directly to a person or lodge a complaint.  I sent them a letter, explaining the
problem and that it was for purposes broken and no one could fix it.  I received no response.
