Magickidsusa Don't pay my commission,will not answer phones, false advertisement on hours of operation. Canola Park California

I bought in to sell Magickidsusa clothing. I have sold quite a bit on ebay but when I purchased at the normal price, I never got my commission checks. my customers who bought from me waited almost 3 weeks for their purchase but on magickidsusa website it states 48 hrs processing and shipping is whatever the price you pay for. Then I got bad feedback on my ebay which ruined my sellers account. I have called and called and on their website they say open Monday thru Friday. When they answer the hrs they state are Mon thru Thursday and only till 2pm. Then if you press 1 for customer service, "We cannot come to the phone now call back later, press 2 for seller help, they say the same thing, press 3 for anything else, they say the same. I called for hrs and hrs then at 2pm, I got, "we are not open at this hr so call back during business hrs. Yeah right, like I did all day. Guess now I have to wait 4 days till open again. Oh, I also ordered Tues and paid, got the order receipt, I sent receipt to the woman and said it will ship next day. Went to Magickidsusa website to check my order, there is no order. I was calling because how did I get a purchase invoice one day and the next day there is no order for it. WWWHHHHATTTT???
