I paid for a magickidsusa distributor kit. I was told that I could make 50% commissions on every sale.
After advertising extensively, there have been no sales and when I called them, they said to wait two more weeks and see what happens. I have had no sales, despite having advertised extensively on local bulletin boards in laundromats, grocery stores, etc.

I advertised in the area newspaper, with not one result. I even sent thier post cards to retailers, hoping to get some response. I had none.

I just ordered 100 wholesale advertising cards to send to whatever retail shops I can find at the recommendation of "George" at magickidsusa.
The first time I ordered those cards from thier website, the order did not go through. I ordered again 4-12-2006 and don't know if they will come.

As of 8:00 p.m. cst, I tried to go to magickidsusa.com web sight, but it will not load up. I just get an error screen. I tried calling them during the day yesterday and there was a recording with a child's voice saying they are closed due to inventory problems.

I noticed that thier website loads up real slow compared to other websites and if you find advertising of other distributors on the net and click on thier link, the website looks a little different(one was even a little fuzzy). This could be due to thier server not being too good? I reported this to them.

I was going to thier website one day and when it would not load up, I stopped it from loading and a long list of email addresses and magickids code numbers came up on my screen. I then copied and pasted them onto my wordpad on my computer and then printed them out, so I would have a record of them.

I called magickids (this was about monday 4-9-2006) to let them know what had happened with thier website. A man by the name of George answered. Other times when I have called with questions, I have talked to a Fransisco, someone by the name of Eddie and of course George no matter what department I talked to.
I don't yet know if this is a total ripoff and if thier website will come back up next monday.

Where is the proof?

I would like to see first hand evidence that MagicKids actually follows up with orders and I would like to hear from other individuals who have had success. So far there is no proof that anyone has had any wholesale profit checks from magicKids.
If MagicKids has nothing to hide then, prove it!!!!

Inaccurate Comments Made By Disgruntled Dealer

Dealer is outside of the refund period, and if they read the paperwork included with their kit they would know that. Also, they have issued a charge back to their credit card company because they feel that they have been mislead. However in all company literature, our policies are explained in a very detailed manner.

Dealer states that they were told that they would get 50% of all sales, and in our literature, it states that they are entitled to 50% of the PROFIT, not the entire order.

Dealer also requested refund, but they never bothered to follow terms of refund. Dealers are given 30 days with no questions asked for a rapid refund. After 30 days, and less than 60 days a dealer will need to provide proof that they attempted to place an add in a newspaper (never supplied). Also, they would have needed to return the kit to us to be eligible for any sort of refund, and they never sent it back to us.

Dealer also states that they ordered business cards on our website twice, and our website never showed a single order for them in our log. Nor, does their credit card that they used to pay for the initial dealer kit.

Dealer is not eligible for any sort of refund.
