Complaint Review: Alisha Purdy

I ordered a Tiffany & Co. 1837 set which consisted of the bar ring, necklace, earrings, and bracelet. I sent in a full payment of $310.00 after the bid ended on November 9th, 2004. It was originally purchased as a Christmas gift.

As December neared and I had yet to receive them, I called and sent numerous emails and got nothing but a full voicemail box and excuse after excuse. It's been a little over 2 years now and I've gotten nothing, no response at all. She ignores every email I send out and her voicemail is full. She store $310.00 from me and it probably adds up to thousands if you add others that she did this to.

Hopefully a class-action suite will start up and we'll all get our money back from this scam artist. If I had the money for a lawyer, I'd sue her for all she's worth -- which apparantly isn't much anyway.
