Over $6,000 was spent purchasing Magna Charger Supercharger with extended warranty. Part on Supercharger failed and damaged my vehicle.

Extended warranty was purchased at time of Supercharger purchase and install and sent to Magna Charger. Magna Charger accepted.

I have been without my vehicle for 3 months. I was forced to pay almost $3,000 in repairs that the extended warranty refuses to cover. Magna Charger and the warranty company will not honor the warranty due to headers installed at time of Supercharger. Warranty was submitted to Magna Charger indicating Supercharger and Headers. Dealer that did the install has letter on file from Judd Reimers and Account Manager at Magna Charger that they are authorized to install headers with the Magna Charger system and this will not void the powertrain warranty.

Magna Charger uses Dell Financial that also goes by AutoSave and Charter Warranty for the extended warranty. Unable to find valid information on the web regarding them and who the insurer is for their product.

Multiple attempts have been made to work with Magna Charger and the warranty company. Not only was I without a vehicle for 3 months, but I was forced to pay full book value of services by Arizona Speed and Marine. I was even charged for services the extended warranty company approved, but did not cover. Several letters have been written, but all parties have failed to respond or reimburse the costs.
