Complaint Review: Magna Plumbing

This company is an absolute scam! It's a classic case of white guy tells you he'll do a great job, but when they arrive to do the work, it two dirty Mexicans that don't speak any English show up. Needless to say the did an outstandingly POOR job, my kitchen was a mess, they had to come back for a second time and still things aren't working! Surprise.

When they left I asked them to clean up their mess, and in poor English they said that's not our job. Amazing. Not only were these people extremely rude (and they didn't smell too good either), they were late and showed up missing parts. It nearly took all day and several trips to the hardware store.

When I talked to the owner to complain he didn't seem to give a d**n. Instead of any help , he simply didn't respond to any of my concerns. Just vague excuses.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They don't care for their customers and the job will never get done right and they will leave your house in shambles.

This company is a complete fraud! F+++++++++
