Magnetic Ideas ripoff, not honoring a satisfaction guarantee, Sevierville Tennessee
I bought a magnetic mattress cover on a trial basis because the company promised all kinds of benefits from sleeping on it. I used it for the trial period of 6 months with no discernible benefit. I returned the cover at my own expense within the time framed required by the company but they have not returned my money( almost $1100). It has been almost a year now that I have written and called numerous times. Despite promised to return my money they have not.
