Complaint Review: Magnises

I joined and purchased 10 Superbowl tickets, each costing $1,000. It wasn't until I checked in on the delivery of the tickets that I was told they wouldn't be able to get me the tickets. Mind you, I have already purchased the flights and hotel for my colleagues. As they claim, their ticket provider fell through. They said they would wire the money back the next day. It's been 5 days, and I still cannot get anyone on the phone or email. Zero money reimbursed. Please, do not make the mistake I did. There are many stories just like mine.
