They sold me 4 two day passes to the Masters golf tournament in 2017. The cost was $950 per day. I was in CONSTANT communication with the team members in the months, weeks and days leading Up to the event. Well, I should say I was chasing the team members for conversations about where my tickets were and how I would retrieve them since they never sent it in the mail, they never sent an email saying where to pick them up. I could tell something was wrong, but they had my money so all I could do was constantly chase them for information. The people answering the phones would always tell me what I wanted to hear, but nothing would ever be done after a call. Days leading up to the Masters I had conversations where I was promised my tickets would be able to be picked up at a certain tent near the location.

I made them promise and reassure me over and over again because I had already purchased an Airbnb and had my father who is 70 years old and my two brothers flying in from three different states to attend the event with me. Upon arriving and checking into our Airbnb, we proceeded to go pick up our tickets that were promised to be at the offsite tent. I found out in picking them up that I was only able to attend one day because tickets were not available and there had been some confusion. After many, many long phone calls and exchanges, they told me tough luck and to pick a day to attend. I decided to just go on Sunday although it was Friday and we would have to kill a day instead of being at the tournament as I promised my dad and brothers.

I was assured I would get a refund of 950 per person for each ticket on Saturday that we never received ($3,800) It’s been a year now and I have not received a single dime from this company. When I inquired in the weeks/months after the Masters tournament, I was told there was some confusion in refunds and other bs, but I would get my money in a few weeks. I was told it would be put back on my Amex. I was told every single time we spoke just one more week… This company is a total and complete crime ring Ponzi Scheme. This guys should be in jail and from what I hear he is on his way for the latest scam "Fyre Festival” Help me get my money back or at least help me get a seat in court to watch this criminal get his 10 year sentence. Have fun in jail scumbag.
