Complaint Review: Magnolia Cleaners

The Magnolia Cleaners is a local business in this area. Most recently, one of their deleivery drivers struck the back of my automobile. This was while waiting for a stoplight to change. Obviously, he was not paying attention.

While stopped, he rammed the back of my car. He stopped, I surveyed the damage, and he explained that he worked for Magnolia Cleaners. He also did not beleive that we should involve the law enforcement personnel, and that if I called Magnolia Cleaners, they would work it out. Unfortunately, that never happened. We called Magnolia Cleaners, but the owner simply explained there was no damage to his van.

Damage was minimal, but the bumper is still bent. It is in need of replacing and Magnolia Cleaners does not hire attentive personnel.

Because of this incident, I do not use dry cleaners at all. I feel that, cleaning clothes myself, is a lot safer.
