I too worked for this company. It is tough to see until you are on the inside what they are all about. I believe the bad practices all come from completely irresponsible and fraudulent upper management.

I agree with the above report - all of those things happened to me as well. I had checks bounced to me, up to 8 weeks delay in receiving any expense reimbursement, many problems with customers that are never addressed -- many customers sue the company and the reps are left to address these problems in the field. I know of reps that have been confronted by law enforcement and asked to leave town!

Also, the company does not pay employees for travel time, therefore you end up working a 60 hour week and getting paid for 40 - yet if you take a sick day, you are not paid for that time. Honestly, they work their reps so hard that they don't have the time to look for another job. Up to 80% of the reps leave within 2 - 3 months because of the high pressure to make unreasonable sales and the deceptive practices. Within 3 months you can be the senior rep!

Sadly, the company has a great product for smaller communities, and if it was run properly and honestly, there is a market for this product. But with the current ownership, they will have neither customers or reps for long.
