Complaint Review: Magnum Finance-- instant car credit

 I came to the Instant car credit location in Cadillac MI to finance a car. While I was filing out paperwork with a new sales representative, I was able to take the car. I was pulled over in Osceola county by officer Bedker to be notified my car plate information read that the car was stolen from somewhere in Traverse City and that this was not good. Officer Bedker asked for the information about me leasing the car and said there were a lot of things not right with the situation and he would contact instant car credit- magnum finance. This was a nightmare not sure how stolen car can be sold to me? Then things turned even worse Magnum Finance would not accept payments as they should. I would call in payments over the phone and be treated rudely when they weren't accepted. Magnum Finance would physically puta boot on the car on top of the fact of shutting it off. I was pulling my hair out not knowing what to do. Then Jessica the rudest lady from Magnum Finance called telling me I have ten minutes to make a payment or they were going to repossess the car. I am trying to explain I work twenty five minutes away and there is construction there is no possible way it is going to be possible. I told her I needed an hr and she declined stating it was her way or the highway. When I was to appear in Cadillac Mi 49601 for court with Magnum Finanve I appeared w paperwork then come to find out they cancelled hearing to have it in Osceola County without my knowledge very fustrating and not legal at all. So Since they did thos they got their judgment for 7000.00 funny i made 2,0000.00 im payments reprocessed for 1200.00 they claim its all interest? They take my state income taxes every yyear by violating consumers rights. Magnum Finance worst company ever!
