Me and my family had a funeral to go to in Garden City Kansas.  I arived at 6:oo in the morning and rented two days worth of rooms.  I advised the clerk that I might not use the second day and they told me I would not be charged for the second day only the time used.

After the funeral we went to check out and I asked for a receipt.  Was charged for the second day.  The lady called the person who checked me in.  This lady was all over the place saying tha since I checked in at 6:00 am and it was not check out time I would be charged for the day before.

I informed the clerk I was not going to pay for time I did not use, and she said they do this all the time in allot of Hotels.  I have been all over the Country and stayed in Hotels before and only have to pay for the time used.

I was ripped off by this Hotel, they ripped my in laws off for there time.  Since had a large family they had to get another room, they where told they had to check out at check out time since they rented the room early in the morning and was told they would have to pay an aditional rent.

Do Not Use this plance any where.  They will charge your credit card and make you dispute the charges.  Scamming Companies should go out of business.  They made at least a couple grand on our family.

Uses several other web names to fool customers into not seeing the bad reputation.  Their Sales agents represents.  see BBB Rating befor going to this agency.

Obviously this is a response from either the DMA that handled the situation poorly, or an un educated D_A_ that does not need to be responding on behalf of this Organization.  If you are, this is an example of how customers are treated and will be dealt with on every level you wish.  Your response is proof that nothing could be extorted.  Example of why persons should not even attempt this low life place.

 They made at least a couple grand on our family.

- Gees, just how big was your family that all decided to check-in at 6AM in the morning.  In looking at the rates they max out under $100/night.  So if you are talking about 2 days that is TEN rooms..or TWENTY rooms if you are just talking about two thousand in extra charges.  For a hotel that has only 63 rooms to begin with according to their site that is quite a chunk of rooms wouldn't you say.

Seems like there might be just the slightest bit of exageration.

Of course if that is exagerated, one only has to guess what else may be as well.
