Mags4Cheap Don't order from Mags4Cheap! I never received my subscription, nor a response from customer service Houston Texas

I ordered a magazine from Mags4Cheap at the beginning of December. It was intended to be a Christmas gift for my husband. The website states that it can take up to 10 weeks for the subscription to start, so I waited. However, when I still hadn't received my first magazine at the end of March, I called to find out what was going on.

The customer services at Mags4Cheap is HORRIBLE! I never did actually get to speak to a person. Every time I called I was directed to a voicemail that said to leave a message & that all calls were returned within 24 hours. I left messages on several occasions and never did receive a phone call back.

After that was unsuccessful, I tried contacting the company through email. After several days, I did finally receive a return email that stated they had to create a trouble ticket to find out what was happening with my magazine & that that could take up to 10 days. It is now mid-April and I never did hear back, nor did I ever receive my magazine

I finally called my bank and disputed the charge in order to get my money back. I wish I had seen reviews before I ordered - everything I've read about this company is horrible! Bottom line...go somewhere else!!

If anyone knows of a way to report this company to the authorities for fraud, I'd be interested!
