On December 14, 2006 I ordered four(4) magazine subscriptions from www.mags4cheap.com. I suggest that you DO NOT ORDER anything from these criminals. After waiting four months for the subscriptions to begin, I contacted www.mags4cheap.com, and over the ensuing months, (1) my repeated requests to talk with a supervisor or manager have not been satisfied, (2) mags4cheap was paid by American Express for my order, and by the time the waiting period for mags4cheap had passed, American Express would not permit me to refute the charge (extortion), (3) not one of my subscriptions was ordered by mags4cheap.

These people are hard criminals. Do not do business with them. Shame on American Express for not stepping up to the plate to resolve this matter, and for continuing to allow mags4cheap to accept the American Express card.

We received your inquiry about the order placed through, or renewal offer from, a magazine subscription agent. Unfortunately we do not have a record of having received any payment from them.

Although we sell many magazines through magazine subscription agents, we do not have a direct selling arrangement with the agent you mentioned and are not a party to its operation. The agent may send orders through one of our authorized agents, a process which can take up to 13 weeks. In the meantime, we suggest that you contact the magazine agency to determine if there has been a problem processing the order.

If you already placed an order and have not received your magazines within this time frame, please contact your subscription agent. If you are still unsuccessful, we recommend that you contact the Better Business Bureau or your local State Attorney Generals office.

If you just received an offer from the magazine agency and have not placed an order yet, we suggest that you order directly through us. By doing so, you are assured of prompt service directly from the publisher. If you have any further questions, please let us know.
