I placed an order on December 2nd 2007 for People weekly magazine, 52 issues for apporx. $75. I was told 8-12 weeks for delivery. I checked back to my account and it stated to contact if I haven't received my order by Feb. 19th 2008. I contacted them and was told everything was fine on my order and that I should be receiving it soon. I still haven't received my order by last week, March 17th 2008. I once again contacted them and was told that the fulfillment company went out of business and my order needed to be re-submitted. I was offered an additional magazine subscription free of charge for my trouble and was told to wait another 1-3 weeks. I've never heard of waiting 4 months for a subscription to start arriving. I contacted People magazine directly to make a change of address and they had never had a subscription submitted for my address or name.

I've tried to call this company countless times and always get a voicemail box or get hung-up on.

What's really bad about this, is that I ordered 2 other subscriptions back in January. These have not started to appear either. These were for $44. All of these subscriptions were gifts to other people, so this makes me look really bad.

Bottom line is, don't buy from these people. I suggest going through the publisher or someone more reputable.
