Magsforless.com has cheated, lied and stole from me. I purchased a 2-year subscription to 3 magazines last year in June for a surprise birthday gift...that was a year ago (eleven months, don't you think that is close enough?) I am so upset and distressed about this whole thing.

We have waited and waited, and trusted our hopes and faith with this company that just would send back generic reply emails saying they will take care of it, and promising to resolve it. I have not receivec even ONE email about my issue personally, and they do not even provide any way of contacting them directly. I saw that there was a past lady who complained on this forum, Tanya. Tanya can you set me up with the lawyer who you had initially contacted to file your suit?

After 11 months, not only am I suffering from emotional distress, I am so tired from having to have chased and chased this company who falsely made claims about my account being handled. And there is more.

We are missing subcriptions from 1 magazine, stopped recieving one all together, and then never recieved our third one!! Joel schmailk or whatever his name is and his company are a complete fraud. I tried to contact the magazine company, and they have no record of them, and then they tell me I only have a year's subscription!! I PAID for two years,for three magazines!! I have wasted my time and emotion trying to track my order down. They have lied and cheated to us, and broken our faith. That is certianly a breach of their contract as a company, and I want damages in the full extent.

Please, if anyone has any info about this, or advice on what to do to get these guys, please let me know!! I want my refund, and I want to be compensated for ALL of this running around this past year!!

Vivian,

I read your report and did a quick check! This company has over 452 complaints just like yours with the BBB.

If I were you, I would write complaint letters directly to the magazines. They need to know about this company!

I would also write a complaint letter to the New York AG's office!
