Ordered and paid in full for a year mag on 12-2005. Got 2 issues. Mag stops.
Reseller cancels subscription. Over 2 years I send continuous emails only to get 3 responses all stating internal error and that my mag will be ordered again.
No mag ordered with the publisher and here it is 02-2007 is that too long to wait?
Was offered a refund once to pay pal. Tried to tell them I have no pay pal but then no more was ever offered.
I am in the process of printing all correspondence and retaining an attorney for a stupid 26.00 magazine.
if this compnay had any other point of contact other then waiting on a hope for a reply to e mail this would have already been resolved.
