Looks like you may now add my name the list of those taken advantage of trying to save a dollar with MagsForLess.com.

I ordered my magazine way back on 2/22/07, received what appeared to be a very professional e-mail confirming my order. But, following that, I have sent 3 customer support tickets over the months to ask of the status of my order. no response at all to my inquiries!


Please do yourself a favor, do not do business with this company!
MagsForLess may have the best prices around, but really that does not do you any good if you never receive your order and never get a reply from the company when you try to check on your order status!

If you have done business with MagsForLess and fell a victim, here's some info I have found:

New & More Poor Info on MagsForLess....

Hello All,

Wanted to let you know that I received via e-mail yesterday an e-mail from an Amanda Smith, whom stated she was a Customer Service Rep for MagsForLess.

Amanda told me in the e-mail that they have finally located my order and corrected the problem and that she is personally
resubmitted my order to the publisher with a rush; stated I should receive my magazine within 4-12 weeks. Is she kidding??

Bear in mind my original order was placed on 2/22/07! If it does take the full 12 weeks, that means, I would be waiting for my magazine order for 8 months!!

In that time, I could have driven to California (where the publisher is located), to pick up my order myself!!

This continued unprofessional conduct of MagsForLess leaves me with no choice. In addition to my open BBB complaint, I am now
planning on contacting the Attorney General of New York to let that office now of this unprofessional, unreliable, unethical business
operating in their state.

If anyone out there is planning on doing business with MagsForLess, PLEASE DON"T order from this company just to save a few dollars!!
order directly from the Publisher, instead.

Anyone else in my position, who ordered magazines from this company and never received them, please contact the BBB, and any other
consumer advocacy group. Frankly, we should be working to close down this company!

Will let you know, if by some miracle, I ever actually receive my order.
