My experience with MagsforMile mirrors others that I've read:

4/29/13 Ordered a magazine online using Delta Miles. Received email confirmation of order.

8/8/13 Still no magazine. Used online form to request status. Received confirmation of inquiry.

No response.

8/15/13 Emailed Customer Service address. Received confirmation of inquiry.

8/16/13 Response- Cannot locate order.

8/16/13 Sent (as an attachment) the confirmation email with all order information on it.

No Response.

8/23/13 Called during business hours. Closed.

8/26/13 Response- Cannot open attachements.

8/26/13 Replied with confirmation email in line with body of text.

No response.

8/31/13 Sent email "Awaiting response."

9/6/13 Response- We cannot locate your order.

Then, the same day, another email saying:

"We do apologize, however your order for Cooking Light was cancelled as we reached quantity limits for this title.  A postcard notification was sent and your account was not charged."

Of course the postcard was never received and given the experience so far, I'm not going to blame the post officie for that one.

I don't know how much your time is worth. But it may be better spent just buying the magazine. Thought everyone should know before they hand over access to their personal information to this organization.
