I ordered these on Dec. 4th. On Dec. 9th I received an email that said they had insufficient information and I needed to call. I called and they said my credit card was declined. I have made all of my Christmas purchases with this credit card and have had no problems. I gave them a new credit card number and they said that was declined too. Not even possible. They also had 2 orders going for me and I only ordered once. This is the only thing my daughter asked for for Christmas and now she can't have them...

you can order this from? Are you talking about the blocks? You could still order them in time for Christmas for your daughter.
I would be thankful they didn't process your order, I mean if they can't even process your credit cards, they probably couldn't ship them either. You might not have gotten it until Feb. So go with someone else.
