Mahato Karate (Instructor Michael Graves & Instructor Dave) very Abusive people!
Mahato Karate ,Instructor Michael Graves & Instructor Dave, very Abusive people! Mahato Karate Abusive instructors, Not good with kids! Consumers please Read! I use to live in Delaware 5yrs. ago and witnessed when watching a class the instructors were very harsh with the kids! austin, Texas
I was interested in taking a class at Mahato karate school in wilmington Delaware so i decided to watch a class and i happen to catch the last 30mins. of the kids class and the instructors were very harsh with the kids not in a normal training method but they were saying if you don't get that leg where its suppose to go i can make you learn real quick with a strike to the stomach your choice!
I was so shocked that was enough for me and i walked out and never looked back. I was so upset how they were giving Martial arts schools a bad name doing things like that!

Shihan Graves is an excellent instructor. My experience @ Mahato Karate is one that I'm grateful to have. I'm glad I chose Mahato Karate for too many reasons too list here. But here are a few anyway; personal growth, discipline, respect and true karate.

Sorry, but I've seen enough of the same flavour of "report" that reading new incarnations of virtually the same thing has blown any and all credibility for me.
They're all the same: using kids as shields and sympathy chips. The reporter being "shocked" that there may actually be real discipline involved. The reports all stem from the same geographical area....
I smell some dork with an axe to grind.
