Don Hay and Cathy Hay are scam artists.

Paul Hay and Bart Puett are also scam artists.

Cathy Hay calls herself "Navy Brat". What navy brat? She was a former Maid Brigade failed franchisee. She lost money in her Maid Brigade business. Eventually she jumped on Don Hay's bed.

Several years in Maid Brigade business, make no income but lost over $100K.

Maid Brigade's franchise agreement is an extortion-like legal contract. They also threaten us to use of frivolous lawsuits to coerce the franchisees to sign any Franchise Termination agreements.

Janitorial and maid service franchises are scams. It may work for few locations, but I guarantee it does not work for majority locations. They make you sign Franchise Agreement to guarantee their income, not your income.

I hope one day the federal court will force their maid service franchise companies to share profit and burden.

Safe guard your monthly veteran pension. Do not feed these pigs.

Beware of Maid Brigade's franchises for veterans. This is a scam.

Veterans Franchise Opportunity are scams. Most cleaning companies' Veteran Franchise Opportunity can be nothing more than franchise scams and franchise pyramid schemes.

Majority franchises are churning franchises. The FBI defines franchise churning as a pyramid scheme.

To protect military veterans from churning franchises, franchise fraud, and pyramid schemes, Jody Whistleblower, of Veterans Franchises Videos, launched new videos to warn military veterans about veterans franchises churning and franchise fraud.

Jody also stated, “The steps to veterans franchise fraud include threats of frivolous lawsuits to coerce the franchisees to sign extortion-like Franchise Termination agreements. It is not uncommon for a script to force the franchisee to state that the franchisee had a fabulous franchisee experience, when in fact the churning franchise was a financial
nightmare.”
