I made arrangements for a cleaning company to come out to clean. they did not call to confirm the appointment, and when I tried to contact them I was told that they were out of town. then 2 days later I was emailed by steve yun to say that they were going to charge me a cancelation fee of 45.00 because I was cancelling on a short notice. I had given them 2 days advance and tried to contact. them. he was very condescending in the email saying that they had a very good record. and I would see that .

This customer scheduled a booking on a Wednesday for a Friday cleaning and was informed there is a $45 cancellation fee if she cancels for any reason with less than 2 business days notice and this is also stated on our website. We inform this to all customers as well, to help prevent no shows, and last minute cancellations. Upon arrival Friday, she forgot we were coming and we could not get in. When called, she said she forgot and asked to reschedule to Monday. She forgot again on Monday and she was charged a $45 cancellation fee after 2 attempts to enter her home as scheduled. She also claimed that all customers should always receive a confirmation call and it is our fault she forgot. We do not make confirmation calls unless a customer specifically requests this in advance, which she did not. The fact that our office is closed on the Good Friday Holiday and all Saturdays and Sundays is irrelevant to her complaint as she did not attempt to call us until after the maids showed up already.
