Complaint Review: Mail Experts

Marshall Goldberg & Nick Hanson market themselves under the name of "Certified Mail Experts LLC" and "Mail Experts" and they market and sell "Neopost" and "Hasler" Mailing and Inserting Equipment that is represented as being "remanufactured".

However, they seem to be operating from a "UPS Mailbox" and do not have a physical address and do not seem to have any employees or any real operation... just an interstate marketing effort with nothing to back it up.

Once they receive your payment, they cease to take your phone calls or reply to messages or respond to emails.... and THEY DO NOT SHIP THE EQUIPMENT that you bought and paid for.

We have been waiting 3 weeks for our equipment, and have heard multiple lies... but there has been no shipment as of yet and no response from either of them.

These two individuals market their company via email blasts, ebay, and by telemarketing callls to business. They are very aggressive, until they receive your payment. After receiving the payment, they appear to be very elusive and are dishonest.

Do not send them money or funds, as you may not ever see anything from them once you do.
