I needed a low cost wafer sealer.
I searched the Internet and found the QT-20 Tabber on FranklinMarketplace.com aka mailmarketplace.com
So I contacted them to ordered one.
I found it odd but they faxed over some paperwork for the order and Credit card information.
So I filled it out and faxed it in with a request for tracking.
A few days goes by, and no tracking, so I call them and ask.
Another few days and no response.

So I call again,, this time I can tell it is an answering service, so I get mad and leave another message.
Few more days go buy, a few emails sent, still nothing.
So I call and seem to get someone that actually works there and they tell me I should have tracking information shortly,, well that's good, up till now, the only confirmation I have that they had my order was my Card statement,, but wait I should have asked,, what exactly shortly meant..

Well you can see were this is going!
Finally after about a month I called 2 or 3 times in a 1 week period and asked for a refund. When nothing happened I finally called the credit card company and told them the problem. They immediately refunded the money!
Never a word or call back from them!
Do they actually ship!? I do not know!

But now I'm glad I did not get one.
I picked up one off of Craigslist for $20 and once I got it, I see what a waste of space it is! A cheap plastic toy that looks like a kid's failed science project, that is only worth $20!
Not $595.00
I wish I could send him a bill for the hours I waisted trying to buy then, track, then, canceling my order!

I finally checked out his BBB listing, now you know how hard it is to get a bad BBB report! Well he did it! I should have looked there 1st

Great job! Change your company name and try again and still the word gets out!

Now after talking with some other mailers I find out his biggest scam is reselling mailing equipment he does not own and can't warranty! Now if I can get them to post what happened to them! We can really get something going! I almost lost a few hunderd,, they lost thousands!

Be a smart buyer and do some research 1st then buy from a reputable company!
