Mailjust4me Never sent birthday gifts after I placed the order AND paid Carlsbad California
I would like to file a complaint against Karen Tinley of MailJust4Me. on May 3rd I placed an order for two 3 month memberships of the crafts mail for kids to be sent to my best friends children. On May 4th I recieved a credit card transaction confirmation from Karen. May 18th and May 25th (today) were the 2 kids birthdays. These were never sent to the kids.
The thing that irritates me as a comsumer is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a call back from this woman. I called the toll free number and you can't leave a message. I sent a fax and I emailed 3 times. I recieved a canned email back that my email would be returned within 2 business days...yeah right! I even tracked down her home phone number and left her a message with no return call. At this point I am fuming and find this level of customer service completely unacceptable. What a joke! Maybe this will catch your attention Kren and you will finally reply back! Your website advertises that you gaurantee 100% customer satisfaction.....?????? I'm wondering exactly what your definition of customer satisfaction is.
