It just stated that i won 1,400,000.00 and needed to respond and pay a fee of $19.99 and they would release the money to me and gave me an identifier number.And it has a name signed by a Robert Richard the print and signature above the printed name. Amount money/Awards DATA CONTROL OFFICE with the amount of 1,400,000.00 that was awarded to me.
