Complaint Review: Mainley Motors

Mainley Motors Howard R. Smart, JR Sold me a used vehicle that its engine blew up on me in 3 weeks time. Said he would replace engine for labor costs only but then added on a bunch of additional parts at the end. Engine made a loud ticking sound and never ran properly. Jay ME

The repairs made were not sufficient and the vehicle never ran peoperly. When I tried to contact him regarding it he stated he would give me  a call back and then just blocked my phone number from then on. This left my young daughter in a far away unknown state trying to manage the car repairs and issues on her own

Why did you agree to purchase a vehicle with an engine that made a loud ticking sound and didn’t run properly during the test drive?

Since your daughter is in an unknown state, how do you know she’s far away?
