Complaint Review: Majestic Benefits

I just got a call from Majestic Benefits - They told me that since my credit score is low I am on a special list and they wanted to give me a credit card with a $5000 spending limit - When I questioned her for a name she only gave me her first name "Georgia" and said she had no ID number should have known then - But I proceeded when she said to me "If we were scamming we would be in jail by now" - WELL THEY SHOULD BE APPARENTLY they haven't gotten any money from me yet but they do have my bank account rounting and account number so damage can still be done on the 8th of this month when the $299 will be automatically debited from my bank account I am going to do my best to see that this does not happen... HELP!!!
