Complaint Review: Majestic Home Remodeling

I ordered a picture window from these guys July 2014. They measured for size, etc., 1 August 2014 and took a $250 deposit. Today is 20 December 2014 and I'm still waiting. I've called them literally 50 times and been given excuse after excuse (the truck with your window got robbed, the whole installations management staff got fired, we'll be there Tuesday, we'll be there Saturday, etc. and on and on). They promise to call back and never do.

Majestic has been dishonest, disheartening and extremely frustrating in this matter. Spoke with them twice today and they swear they're fixing their growing pains (again) and will definitely install (this time) 5 January 2015, barring weather.

We'll see...
