Complaint Review: Majic Kids USA

I received information through the mail that Majic Kids USA wanted people to work for them. I answered the ad--and wanted to check it out since there was a 30 day trial period. The letter I received a few days later, states "I WON'T CHARGE YOU ONE SINGLE PENNY UNTIL AFTER YOU MAKE MONEY"

I've received many letters and info from the company--always asking for money in order to make money. I had until August 22, 2008 to contact them wheather I wanted to sell for them. I didn't like all the letters asking for money--constanstly asking for money--that I sent them a letter last Thursday, August 14th, 2008 and told them to cancel my account--not to charge my acccount.

I received a call, this morning, that if I didn't return their kit--I would be charged $175.00. IT does NOT state anywhere that I needed to ship the info back--NO WHERE--when I told the woman said she was calling to tell me I needed to return it!!

AS far As I am concerned this company is a total rip off!!! I did what I was suppose to do--notify them within 30 days!! NOW--if I don't return the lit--at my expense they will charge me--AND--what if I'd have thrown it away!!
SINCE IT DOESN'T SAY I HAVE TO RETURN IT.

I have contacted my county attorney--this is nothing but a rip off!!!
