Majic Window LLC owners (Rod w. Rue brother Bart A. Rue, and Sherrie Goralski) have defrauded the bankruptcy court (case# 99-43289-SWR), the IRS(tax evasion), and you the consumer. Now they are at it again! They are creating a new LLC called Construction Wizard LLC. This company was established in January 2009 in Bart A. Rue's name to place holdings of Majic Window LLC. Majic is attempting to evade creditors (again) and YOU the consumer will loose any possible claims to their phony Warranty! Your products and Service Agreements are WORTHLESS!
